A new stakeholder plan, Renewable Integration (SE-91) has been posted for stakeholder comment.

This stakeholder initiative will discuss design principles for how increased renewable generation over the next few years will be integrated into power system operations and the IESO-administered markets. Specifically, the initiative will focus on forecasting, dispatch, visibility and the future markets for wind and solar generation, as appropriate. This initiative replaces Renewable and Embedded Generation (SE-57).

A paper, Design Principles on Renewable Integration, will be available in late November to facilitate feedback from stakeholders on this initiative. A meeting will be held in early December to gather feedback from stakeholders on the design principles. Additional details will be communicated over the coming weeks, including a dedicated webpage for SE-91.
