| April 30, 2026, Preliminary Settlement Statement | Effective today, April 1, 2026, the IESO has implemented changes to the Provincial Transmission Service applicable to electricity storage facilities in accordance with the OEB Order EB-2022-0325, dated March 31, 2026, Transmission Charge Exemption and Gross Load Billing Threshold for Electricity Storage Facilities. These changes will first appear on the April 30, 2026, month-end Preliminary Settlement Statement, which will be issued on May 14, 2026. The settlement equations for the monthly Network Service Charge (CT 650), Line Connection Service Charge (CT 651), and Transformation Connection Service Charge (CT 652) remain unchanged as set out in IESO Charge Types and Equations.
