Market Document Changes Available for Review in Custom Baseline

Both the recent market rule amendment MR-00490-R00: Adjustments to Real-Time Make-Whole Payments and the Ontario Energy Board Uniform Transmission Rate order have effective dates of April 1, 2026. As such, a Custom Baseline has been established to support the publication of the necessary documents outside of the regular Baseline schedule. This will include the publication of the market rules to incorporate MR-00490-R00.
The Market Manuals and supporting documents that are available for review in this Custom Baseline are posted on the Pending Changes Documents webpage.
