IESO Board Market Rule Amendment Determinations

The IESO’s Board of Directors has approved market rule amendment Adjustments to Real-Time Make-Whole Payments (MR-00490-R00), with an effective date of April 1, 2026. This amendment addresses unwarranted make-whole payments that can occur under very specific and limited circumstances.
