The Technical Panel requests feedback on market rule amendment proposal MR-00490-R00 – Adjustments to Real-Time Make-Whole Payments. This proposal amends the market rules to address unwarranted make-whole payments that can occur under very specific and limited circumstances.Communities and stakeholders can email their comments to rule.amendments@ieso.ca by January 21.
