As part of MR-00484-R00-R05: Post Go-Live True-Ups for the Renewed Market, all market transition mechanisms have been removed from the Market Rules and Manuals.
The baseline process is a formal mechanism used to update market manuals and related documents following recently approved market rule amendments or technical system changes.
