Interim Market Document Change Posted for Comment

An Interim Market Document Change (IMDC-93) has been posted to the IESO’s website. This change permits capacity market participants with generator-backed capacity import resources to facilitate the fulfillment of their capacity obligation by utilizing a third-party energy trader for import transactions. The IMDC change impacts Market Manual 12: Capacity Auctions.
