2025 Capacity Auction Offer Submission Window and Post-Auction Report Reminder

The 2025 Capacity Auction offer submission window opened on November 26 at 9 a.m. EST and will close today, November 27, at 11:59 p.m. EST. The Capacity Auction is aiming to procure a summer target capacity of 1,800 MWs and winter target capacity of 1,200 MWs.
The IESO will publish the results of the 2025 Capacity Auction via the Post-Auction Report on December 4. Successful Capacity Auction Participants will also be issued a private Post-Auction Report with the capacity obligations for each of their qualified resources, made available through the IESO Participant Reports website.
