This engagement update provides a snapshot of all active IESO engagement activities and is updated on a monthly basis. It helps support a greater understanding of linkages between engagements, and a foundation for more comprehensive and integrated updates.
This webinar will present the IESO’s proposed updates to the performance measurement framework for regulation service providers as the provision of regulation services grows. It will also discuss the required amendments to the Market Rules and Market Manuals related to the performance measurement framework that will support ongoing initiatives to acquire and enable additional regulation service providers through the various acquisition mechanisms and the Enabling Resources Program.
The Market Assessment and Compliance Division (MACD) of the IESO will host a webinar to continue engagement on the Enforcement Modernization initiatives and proposed market rule amendments. The webinar will include an update on the engagement schedule and upcoming opportunities for stakeholder feedback.
The IESO will provide a high-level overview of regulation service, present the need for incremental regulation service capacity, and introduce the competitive procurement process, highlighting key requirements and anticipated timelines.
