With the final design update for the Settlement Disagreements and Resettlements Process published in June, the Replacement of the IESO's Settlement System (RSS) is now transitioning into the implementation phase of work. In this meeting the IESO will outline the materials and the stakeholder review schedule for the Market Power Mitigation batch of market rules and market manuals. The IESO will provide an overview of how the documents are organized, and point to where topics of interest are covered. Stakeholders are encouraged to do a preliminary review of the batch prior to the meeting and come prepared with any early questions they may have.
The IESO will kick-off engagement for the Medium-Term RFP by providing an initial overview of the procurement and next steps. Discussion will also continue around the capacity auction as the IESO reviews the performance assessment framework.
