Market Renewal - Single Schedule Market Engagement

The IESO invites stakeholders to participate in and provide feedback on the design and development of a single-schedule energy market. The replacement of IESO’s current two-schedule market with a single-schedule design is a key foundational element of the IESO’s Market Renewal program.
The IESO encourages all stakeholders in Ontario's electricity sector, or their representatives, with an interest in this initiative to participate in this engagement. This initiative will consider fundamental market design issues and changes; it will be of interest to all IESO market participants and related stakeholders.
The first stakeholder meeting for this engagement will be a full day session on May 4. Stakeholders who wish to participate in this engagement can contact engagement@ieso.ca for further details and to register. Further information on the engagement is available at the webpage for this initiative.
