Save on Energy Retrofit Program changes

The IESO would like to notify interested parties that it has approved changes to the Save on Energy Retrofit Program. These changes include:
- New prescriptive incentives for Agribusinesses customers
- Changes to prescriptive incentives for some non-lighting efficiency measures
- Simplifying program requirements for custom project applications
