Proposed Market Rule Amendments
Listed below are market rule amendments that are currently under consideration by the Technical Panel, or have been approved by the IESO Board but not yet incorporated into a baseline. All materials prepared for and considered by the Technical Panel are available on the Technical Panel webpage.
Starting in June 2019, the IESO has committed to publishing all of the materials that will be provided to the IESO Board in relation to its deliberations on proposed market rule amendments on this page. This practice is intended to provide greater transparency into IESO decision-making as it relates to market rule amendments and was implemented in accordance with IESO Board-approved recommendations informed by the Advisory Group on IESO Governance and Decision-Making.
