Greenstone-Marathon - Regional and Community Engagement

Documents referenced on this page, but not posted, can be obtained by contacting engagement@ieso.ca with a link to the web page that lists the document, the document name and date, and advising whether it needs to be provided in an accessible format. Please allow a minimum of one business day for a response.

The IESO invites municipalities, First Nation and Métis communities, community groups, stakeholders and the general public to provide input into the development of their region's 20-year electricity plan. Relevant resource options to meet local electricity needs, such as conservation and demand management, distributed generation, large-scale generation, transmission and distribution are considered through the development of an Integrated Regional Resource Plan (IRRP).

An IRRP has been developed by a Working Group consisting of representatives from Hydro One Networks Inc. and the IESO.
