2018 Electricity Summit

The IESO will be hosting an Electricity Summit on June 11 at the Sheraton Centre in Toronto.

The theme of this year's summit is unlocking the value of innovation to strengthen Ontario's electricity sector. The program will include discussions and spotlights on topics such as consumer behaviour and drivers for innovation, as well as how the electricity system will be called on to adapt to or change traditional approaches, processes and systems due to innovative solutions including blockchain technology and distributed energy resources. 

At the summit you will hear from experts and innovative thinkers from inside Ontario and across North America.

Morning session

State of the Consumer Report

A context setting presentation on consumer drivers in the broader electricity sector.
