Technical Panel materials now available

The Technical Panel will meet on May 26 from 9 to 11:15 a.m. via webinar to review draft rules for the Transmission Rights Clearing Account and reliability-related information. An education item will also be discussed on performance requirements, which refers to Appendices 4.2 and 4.3 in Chapter 4 of the market rules.
