Adapting engagement activities to new realities

Amid the evolving COVID-19 outbreak, the IESO recognizes that stakeholders across the sector are adjusting to new routines and working situations. To help accommodate these new realities, the IESO is adapting engagement activities to be more flexible for participants.
As previously communicated, all in-person engagement activities have been moved to webinars, including Regional Electricity Forums, Marketplace Training and the Technical Panel. In addition, the feedback period for engagement activities will be extended to a minimum of three weeks, and all webinars will be available after the live event as a recording.
