Answer the call for indoor agricultural proposals

The IESO’s Grid Innovation Fund is accepting proposals for innovative projects focused on reducing electricity demand from indoor agriculture during local and bulk system peak periods.
Proposals will be accepted until February 14, 2020, and the IESO will award up to $2.5 million to support a suite of approved projects. Special consideration will be made for projects located in areas with identified or anticipated electricity infrastructure challenges related to indoor agriculture expansion.
