Peter Gregg sets out 2019 priorities

In keeping with the IESO’s focus on reliability and cost-effectiveness, the IESO’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Peter Gregg, reinforced the value of using competitive mechanisms to secure resources and services at the Ontario Energy Network luncheon on January 28.
In his address, he spoke to the benefits associated with the introduction of an incremental capacity auction, the organization’s accountability for providing cybersecurity services to the broader electricity sector and the importance of innovation in unlocking the value of new and existing resources.
