New Engagement: Windsor-Essex Integrated Regional Resource Plan

The IESO has launched a new engagement initiative to seek input on the development of an Integrated Regional Resource Plan (IRRP) for the Windsor-Essex Region which is expected to be completed in Q3 2019. A webinar will be held on November 15 at 3:30 p.m. to provide an overview of this project and seek input on the proposed engagement plan. All interested parties are invited to participate in this engagement including, but not limited to, local municipalities, Indigenous communities, businesses, stakeholders and members of the general public. Interested parties can register to participate.
The webinar will provide participants with the background leading up to this current planning initiative and seek input on the draft engagement plan. A local advisory committee for the Kingsville-Leamington area will be established as part of this engagement initiative to supplement the broader engagement efforts by discussing more detailed and local matters in this region. Nominations are now open for committee membership until November 23, and the nomination form can be found on the IESO website.
