The IESO will discuss the process for engagement on the Implementation phase of Market Renewal, followed by a presentation of draft market rules and manuals for Market Registration and Prudentials.
The IESO will present and gather feedback on proposed market rule amendments to allow the IESO to recover inappropriate Congestion Management Settlement Credit payments when those payments are a result of operational constraints indicated by the dispatchable load to prevent endangering the safety of any person, equipment damage, or the violation of any applicable law (SEAL).
The IESO will provide updates on the progress of Stage 2 of the Transmission Rights Market Review, including a summary of stakeholder feedback gathered through focused discussions with interested stakeholders and work underway to review the methodology to determine the number of TRs to auction.
A proposed methodology for reimbursing RTGCG participants for their eligible carbon costs has been developed by the IESO based on stakeholder feedback received following the April 1 RTGCG - Three-Year Review webinar. The IESO will review and seek feedback from stakeholders on the proposed methodology.
