Symposium attendees are required to make their own travel arrangements to the 2019 First Nations Energy Symposium, on November 4-5, 2019, in Toronto, including hotel rooms, flights, car rentals and any other requirements.
In an effort to support broad participation of First Nation community members and organizations, the IESO will reimburse eligible travel, meal and accommodation charges for up to two adults (29+) and one youth (17-29) from each First Nation community or organization.
Attendees must submit detailed expense claims after the event, and will be reimbursed for all appropriate costs. Additional information is available in the Expense Claim Reimbursement Form.
