The IESO President and CEO and Leadership Team are responsible for implementing the strategic direction and initiatives for the organization in keeping with its statutory objectives. They also provide advice and recommendations to the IESO Board of Directors.

Robin Riddell, VP, Human Resources

Robin Riddell is Vice President, Human Resources. Robin’s responsibilities include supporting the IESO’s strategic and operational plans through effective leadership and management of the human resources function. In this role, Robin ensures a strategic approach to talent planning and management in all its aspects, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning. Compensation and benefits, as well as employee and labour relations, including collective agreement management and bargaining, also form part of this portfolio. 

 

Robin has more than 25 years of human resources experience with IESO and the electricity sector. Over the years, she has held a number of different HR positions. Most recently, Robin was Director, Human Resources Business Partners at the IESO. 

 

Robin attended the University of Western Ontario, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. Linkedin
